Benjamin was a Shipping/Receiving Clerk and forklift and hyster Operator for Sovex Natural Foods for over 20 years. He enjoyed karaoke and was the Activities Overseer at the Eastgate Senior Center.
Benjamin was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Miller,Sr.; mother, Vaudie Baliles Stubblefield; brothers, Bobby Baliles, Steven Miller, William Miller, Larry Miller, Marion Miller and James 'Jimmy' Miller; and sister, Susan Miller Dyer.
Those Benjamin leaves to cherish his memories are his three daughters, Sharon Miller, Samantha Miller, and Cynthia Miller; four grandchildren, Anthony Hammond, Jeffrey and Jeramie Hardeman and Phillip Prato; five great grandchildren, Benjamin and Adalyne Hammond, Oaklyn Gibbs and Hazel Rivera; four brothers, Cecil Miller, Jr., F. Delano Miller, Travis Miller and Norman Miller; two sisters, Donna Miller Parker and Patricia Miller Beavers; several cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Benjamin never met a stranger and he was also a bit of a comedian at times. He enjoyed many genres of music, loved to sing and keeping up with worldly events, including the weather.
A Visitation for Benjamin will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
Funeral Services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Randall Bivens officiating.
Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:00 pm with Military Honors, at 1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
