David was born to the late William and Virginia Eldredge, November 20, 1967 in Hyannis, MA. He graduated from Nauset High in 1988, and was a long time resident of Chatham before relocating to Dennis in 2016.
A truly kind and gentle person, David was extremely determined and fiercely independent, persevering through exceptionally arduous bouts with his health.
David enjoyed working for Cape Abilities and was extremely proud of completing the Chatham Harbor Run in his racing wheelchair. He was also an avid lover of dogs.
David is survived by his three siblings: Lester Eldredge, Sharon Kaplowitz, Susan Eldredge; three nephews: Aaron, Eric and Gregory Kaplowitz, and numerous cousins.
Donations can be made to either Cape Heritage of Sandwich or the Animal Rescue League of Brewster.
His Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 2-4pm at The First Congregational Church of Chatham, 650 Main Street, Chatham, MA.
