Mark Christopher Roark 33, of Charlottesville, Virginia passed away tragically from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on March 10, 2019. He was born on April 28th, 1985 in Boone, North Carolina to Tammy Miller and Mark Roark. He is proceeded in death by his great grandmother Dory Adams who he love dearly, his Aunt Fran Pardue who he loved and spoke of her memories regularly. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Ashley Roark, and two beautiful children Mason Roark (May-May) age 5, and Evan English 12, of Charlottesville, VA. His loving mother Tammy Miller and her husband Norman of Mountain City, Tennessee. His father Mark Roark and wife Donna of Mountain City, TN. He leaves a grandmother Barbara Denney of Moutain City, TN, mother and father-in-law Philip and Elissa Tatton of Charlottesville, Va. His sister Samantha Roark, her significant other JR Furches and their 3 beautiful girls, Courtney Starr Hargett, Avery Furches, and Brittney Furches. Brother Theo Hensley of Mountain City, TN and his three boys Zeke, Daniel, and Logan Hensley. His sister-in-law Whitney Overchuk and her husband Dmytri and their two boys, Alex and Kai. A brother-in-law, W. Kyle Tatton his wife Emily, and their daughter Claire. Along with numerous other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends, all who will miss him so very much. Mark also leaves behind two special furry friends, Bubba and Neptune. Mark was currently working for Bellair Service Center in Charlottesville, Va. There he worked as a master tech and made some of the most incredible friends who were like family to him. Mark had finally found his home at Bellair Service Center and could not have been happier. Mark recently started playing Frisbee golf which he loved. He got out there and played as much as he could whether it was sunny or snowing. He also loved to fish and drive his boat out on the water. Mark was that person who would do anything and everything for anyone in need. He could create, fix, or restore anything. He loved to BBQ and could make a mean pork butt out on the smoker, often drawing many neighbors by to let us know how amazing it smelled. Most of all, he loved his family and friends. Family always came first to Mark. The love he showed us all will be so very missed. He leaves behind the gift of sight. Pallbearers are Norman Miller, Phillip Tatton, Kyle Tatton, David Adams, Johnny Stout and Theo Hensley. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of the first respondents, doctors, nurses, chaplain, and social workers at the University of Virginia Hospital. Another special thank you to friends, family, and the Charlottesville community for supporting us during this difficult time. The viewing will begin at 11am on Friday March 15 th. Followed by a ceremony at 1pm and interment to follow at Holly-mead Memorial Gardens where he will be laid to re
