It is with sadness and peace that we announce the passing of Lena Mudd Lovchuk Curtis, 92, beloved mother, grandmother and sister on Wednesday October 1, 2014. Witnessing her numerous acts of kindness and her abiding faith we are comforted in knowing that she has been called to join husbands John and Howard in eternal life. Left to cherish memories of her are her sister (Mary), children (Marquita, Paula, Jack, and Linda), step children (Howard, Robert, and Cathy) grandsons (Robert, Drew, Jackson and Justin) step grandchildren, nieces, nephew and friends. Lee will be remembered for her willingness to lend a helping hand, her ever present smile and endless optimism and her encouraging words.
In remembrance of Lee there will be a mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Friday October 3, 2014 at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers we suggest donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
