He was born in Tehran, Iran on March 31, 1943 to Eshrat Moshiri Zaveih and Seyed Mohammad Hosseini.
Ahmad is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Ehteram & Mohtaram Hosseini, and brother Seyed Mahmood Hosseini.
He is survived by his wife Soudabeh Kia Kojoori and children Azadeh Hosseini (Mehdi Farahmand) and Mohammad Hossein(Tanya Monge); grandchildren Yasmin, Shayon, Alexis and Elyssa and siblings Seyed Manoochehr Hosseini (Mehri Farahmand), Seyed Ali Hosseini (Teresa) and Behchat Osadat Hosseini (Ahmad Shadram).
Ahmad was a passionate husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He was the kindest, most loving, genuine person you could ever meet. He was loved dearly and admired by all who knew him. His quiet demeanor, gentle face, beautiful kind eyes, and soft spoken voice set him aside from all. His happiness was being surrounded by his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
Ahmad received his Masters in Business Administration from University of Tehran in 1974 and worked as Chairman of the Iranian National Steel Corporation. He and his family moved to Charlotte, NC in 1986 and started a new life in the United States, following the Iranian revolution and war with Iraq. He was very detailed oriented in business or at home. His vast knowledge of standard global financial policies and analysis was put to use many times throughout his life to find financial irregularities.
Ahmad's love for music was know by all. He loved listening to classical Iranian music and poetry. He played the violin during his 20’s and 30’s and had a deep admiration for the instrument. He also had a beautiful voice, but would only share his gift among close friends and family on special occasions.
