Michele Wylie McClure, 69, of Charlotte passed away peacefully in her home on November 12, 2022. Born June 6, 1953 in Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of James and MaryAnn (Thomas) Wylie. She married Hal McClure on August 4, 1973 in Charlotte.
A graduate of West Charlotte High School, she was member of Cooks Memorial Presbyterian Church and former employee of Edward Jones Investments.
Michele enjoyed shagging in North Myrtle Beach with her close friends, spending time with family at Mountain Island Lake and most of all, time shared with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her son, Justin (Casey) McClure; grandchildren, Blakelee and Hal “Cash” McClure; sisters, Robbie Haney and Kendall Holland; numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband and parents.
Funeral Service 1:00 PM Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service, 4601 Freedom Drive, Charlotte. Visitation 12:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
