Mark was born in Indiana, PA and relocated to Charlotte, NC for his career.
He was employed at Lowe’s and enjoyed working with his crew.
Mark is survived by his loving wife, Diane Talley, brother, Stewart Kelly, sister, Pat (Toni)
Kelly, brother David (Gail) Kelly, and brother Jim (Kathy) Kelly. He is the stepfather of Aaron
(Tiffany) Waycaster and two grandchildren, Sierra and Eli, who loved him dearly.
Mark Kelly was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was always eager to provide a helping
hand.
He was preceded in death by his father, James G. Kelly and mother Mary Marie Weber-Kelly.
At his request, the family with hold a private service.
Mark was a kind and gentle man who left this world far too soon. He loved his family and adored
his wife. Now, his pain and suffering are over, and he rests peacefully in heaven through God's
grace and Divine Mercy.
