My thoughts and prayers are with Leslie's family and friends.  I will always remember her infectious smile and gentle soul - it has been years since I've seen her, but these warm memories have not faded!

Leslie-
You were a warm person and who had an amazing gift to make others feel better about themselves because you were so thoughtful and kind.  Everyone who met you liked you.  I can't think of a job you didn't get that you interviewed for.  In knowing you, I know I have become a better person.  
 
You use to tell me you loved traveling for work because you were able to fly.  You use to say when you flew you were able to be with your mom who was in heaven and you knew she was in a better place.  May you rest in peace and be in the better place with your mom.

My daughter went to preschool with Olivia for 3 years.  Leslie was a fixture in those hallways.  No matter how early I was to pick my daughter up, there was Leslie in the hall waiting for her buddies with a smile and kind words for all.  She was always ready to volunteer as room parent, to bake cupcakes, read stories, or contribute to the treasure chest.  I know that her two little girls meant the world to her.  Olivia and Taylor, as you grow older, always remember that your mother loved you so, so very much. 

Brian, if there is anything that I can do for your family please let me know.  I know that the whole preschool family feels the same.  We would love to help in any way.

Leslie, thank you for influencing me in your life and passing to learn what is important in life.  I've gained an appreciation for helping those that need a kind word, reassurance or to be picked up when they are down. I hope I can be a better person and live life like you did.  We love you and miss you and we will all be together again someday in heaven.  Please start planning the party.

Leslie hosted by class's first boy/girl party in sixth or seventh grade...a mostly painful experience for me until the host of the party, Leslie, asked me to dance...one of the sweetest people I knew growing up...may God assuage the grief of her family and friends...rest in peace...

Leslie was one of the sweetest and most genuine people I ever met.  There is not a person in this world she wouldn't do anything for, everyone enjoyed being around her. And who can forget her beautiful curly hair!!!:) My heart breaks for her husband and beautiful daughters, family, and friends. I met Leslie my freshman year at OU. We were neighbors in Jefferson Hall.  Although it has been a long time since we have seen each other, Leslie is one of those people who make a warm, lasting impression. I vividly remember her smile and how kind she was to everyone around her.  My prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.

Leslie was one of my first friends when I moved to Charlotte.  So sweet and welcoming.  A geniunely caring, thoughtful and loving person.  I will treasure our friendship and will miss her everyday. Brian, Olivia, Taylor, and the rest of her family, I'm thinking of you all and will pray for you everyday.

I went to high school and college with Leslie, so I have many, many fond memories. I got to help her form NEW P.A.L.S. (New People At Loveland Schools), to bring together all of the new students to help forge friendships. This is just one example of the thoughtfulness I will miss.  I hope you are making new pals wherever you are, Leslie! Your family and friends will be in my thoughts.

There are few people that you come into contact with in your life who truly touch you and move you.  Leslie was that person.  Along with being a wonderful mother, she was a warm and caring friend.  She was never without a smile or a hug when anyone was in need.  She brought such a joy to my life, and i will never forget one moment that i was fortunate to share with her.  I will miss her immensely.
