John "Jack" Robert Bowman

He was comforted to the very end by his loving wife of 10 years, Cindy. Jack was born in 1942 in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Tunkhannock High School in 1959, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Penn State. He then received a Master's degree from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Jack is survived by his children; Douglas (Susan) Bowman, Jayne (Dave) Hallock, Connie Bowman and Mary (Jeremy) Elliott; his step-children, Stephanie (Nathan) Hewitt and George (Stephanie) Simon Jr; grandchildren Danielle Maurice, Ella Bowman, Clay Bowman, Jack Hallock, Gabriel Elliott, and Carter Rose Elliott; step-grandchildren Kaitlyn Simon, Rachel Simon, Flynn Hewitt, and Molly Hewitt. He is also survived by his sisters Ann (Dave) Gay and Barbara (Paul) Smith.

Jack was predeceased by his father, Robert Clay Bowman, his mother, Rebecca Ann Bowman, and his eldest daughter, Jacqui Maurice.

At Jack’s request, no services are planned. He will be interred later this summer in his hometown of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.
