Jennifer was born April 17, 1974, in Charlotte NC to Roberta Wolfe Moore and the late Stephen Moore. She graduated from West Mecklenburg High School in 1992. Graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 1998. She enjoyed her work as a physical therapy assistant.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her father Stephen Moore. Left to cherish her memory are her dear children, Julia McMullen, Jake McMullen and his wife Haleigh, her beloved granddaughter, Sadie Mae McMullen, her mother Roberta Moore, her sister, Melanie Moore Hord and her husband Steven, her niece Abby Hord and nephew, Derek Hord, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of her life will be held on December 09, 2024, at Assurance United Methodist Church, 9700 Mt. Holly Huntersville Road. Receiving friends at 10 am with a service to follow at 11 am.
