Jackie was born February 15, 1927 to the late Ewell Cape Madden, Sr. and Mamie Bullard Madden.
She was an AT&T retiree and member of Blair Road United Methodist Church the Hannon Class.
Jackie is survived by her daughter Linda Cook, two granddaughters, Jackie Boyd and her husband Jason; Kelly Gordon and her husband Christian; two great-grandchildren Kathryn and Jon Boyd. She is also survived by brother Mike Madden and wife Brenda and sister-in-law Patsy Treadaway.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Avery Cook, daughter Bobbie Orie Cook and great-grandson Hunter James; sisters Marilyn and Ann and brother Boe.
A graveside service for Jackie will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Sunset Memory Gardens, 8901 Lawyers Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blair Road United Methodist Church 9135 Blair Road Mint Hill NC 28227.
