Gloria Hamilton

My precious wife and best friend, Gloria R. Hamilton, passed away on Thursday night, June 9, 2016, at CMC-Pineville at the young age of 65. Gloria is the beloved wife of Boyce L. Hamilton and mother of Kimberly Mount, Tina South (deceased) and Jason Jarrett. Grandchildren include Mitchell West, Nathan South, Justin South and David South. Gloria was the daughter of E. Melvin and Betty Braziel Rogers, and the sister of Rick (Beverly) Rogers and Gary (Amy) Rogers. Sons-in-law include Buddy Mount and Chris South and daughter-in-law Michele Jarrett.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 14 at 1:00 pm at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Road, Charlotte followed by a 2:00 pm Funeral Service to honor Gloria’s life.

My precious Angel, I thank you for giving me the privilege of loving you and being your husband and best friend for 13 years. Having you in my life has been a blessing and my life is richer. Rest assured that you blessed the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing you. In spite of all the health problems that you had, from the brain surgery until your last breath, you were a fighter and an inspiration to everybody. We love you. You will be missed and in our hearts forever.
