Born in Glennville, Georgia on May 2, 1928, he was the son of the late Carlisle and Queen Anderson Warren. Charles was a master mechanic for General Motors for 60 years. He also was a machinist. He loved music and was a member of the family band “The Entruders” for many years.
Preceding him death were his wife, Hilda; daughters, Jane Miraglia and Suzanne Warren, and a son, Michael Warren.
Surviving are his children, Buster Warren and wife, Sylvia and Peggy Warren Garza; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and two additions on the way.
Graveside services are planned for 10 am Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Northlake Memorial Gardens, 11001 Alexandriana Rd., Huntersville, NC 28078.
