Betty Elnora Easton, 91, passed away on June 9th, 2016 in Charlotte, NC. She was born on February 24th, 1925 in Clifford, MI to the late Harry and Gladys Markle. She is survived by her son, Alan (Elda) Easton of Lemon Grove, CA and her daughter, Debra (Sam) Ritter of Charlotte, NC; daughter-in-law Sharon Easton of Warren, MI; sisters, Joann Dost and Colleen Ford of MI;10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Millard F. Easton; son, Norman Easton; brothers, Dick, Eugene, and Jimmy Markle; sisters, Shirley Stevens, Beverly Robinson and Doris Smith. A memorial service will be held at Hawthorne Lane United Methodist Church,501 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte NC 28205, at 2pm on Sunday, June 12th.
