Born November 19, 1921, in Lima, Ohio, Bettie was the only child of the late Dorsey B. Huber and Sylvia Watkins Huber.
Bettie retired from the Lima City School System where she served for 25 years as the Clerk-Treasurer for the Board of Education.
Surviving are her husband of 70 years, Walter A. Binkley; daughter Linda (Ron) Ramge, Belmont; son Robert (Kathleen) of Niles, MI; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
No service has been scheduled at this date.
