Thomas was born in Warsaw, New York on April 6, 1943. He received his BSBA from the University of Denver. He married Carolyn McGuire on May 23, 1998 in Pittsford, New York.
Tom worked as a Mortgage Banker for Mellon Bank and PNC Bank. He loved all animals, especially horses. Tom proudly served in the United States Navy.
Tom is survived by his wife, Carolyn; his daughter, Jennifer Fernandez (Andy); grandchildren Vivien Fernandez and Jackson Fernandez ; several step children and step grandchildren, a step great grandchild, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service for Tom will be held on on January 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Queen Creek, 19248 E. San Tan Blvd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142. Lunch will follow.
