He moved to Alamogordo, NM in 1958 when his father was assigned to Holloman AFB. He was a 1966 graduate of Alamogordo High School. He played a variety of sports. He worked part time in an automotive shop where he developed his love for all things fast. He could be found on the drag strip on weekends racing away.
After graduating from High School, he joined the Marine Corps. He served in the Vietnam War. After his honorable discharge, he moved to Houston and pursued a degree in computer science. He went on to work as a computer scientist in a variety of fields. He continued to race on the drag racing circuit for several years after leaving the military.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George R. Fuller and Mattie L. Fuller and his twin brother James E. Fuller.
He is survived by his daughter Shannon Francone, her husband Brian, Grandson Gregorey Fuller and his wife Bobbie Fuller and their three children Owen Fuller, Benjamin Fuller, and Marlee Fuller, Granddaughter Alexandra Francone, and Grandson Dominic Francone. Other survivors include his sister Pat Latona.
