Ernest G. Sabo, 91, passed peacefully into eternal life on April 21, 2010 in Phoenix, AZ. He was the cherished husband of Elly (nee Lother), devoted father of Charlotte (Roger) Bell, Sandra (Chet) Zarzycki, Pam (John) Horvath, and Wanda (Jeff) Gerber; beloved grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of nine. He was adored by all who knew him for his gentle spirit, warm smile, twinkling eyes, and impish nature. Ernie and Elly resided for 62 years in Newbury, OH before moving to Phoenix, AZ. He was an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Chesterland, OH and an avid gardener and golfer. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
