Donna was born in Juneau, Alaska on December 3, 1942. She worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller. She was a member of the East Valley Women's Club, Beta Sigma Phi, and the American Legion.
In her spare time, Donna enjoyed traveling and dancing. She liked a wide variety of music and she loved playing games. She was known for her fashionable attire, which was never complete without sparkles and bling.
Donna is survived by her children, Suzanna "Suzie" Graham (David), John M McArthur (Teresa Clark), James M McArthur, and William "Bill" McArthur (Kristine); her grandchildren, Miranda McArthur, Rachel Orr (Scott), Brandon McArthur, Josh Graham (Tracey), Zach Graham (Helena), and Jed Graham (Brittney); and 14 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, John M McArthur; her parents, William and Annabelle Eylar; and her brother, William Eylar.
A memorial service for Donna will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 4:00 pm at Valley of the Sun Mortuary in Chandler, Arizona.
