Robert James Cosse passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the age of 71. He was the cherished husband of Myrna Nicosia Cosse for 39 years. Loving father of the late Roy Kridler III (Wanda). Son of the late Wallace and Sara Hopkins Cosse. Brother of Wallace “Gator” Cosse (Jeannette), Loretta Cosse Stucke (Kenneth) and Deborah Cosse Knight (Gary). Proud grandfather of Amy Pfleuger (Brian) and Donald Kridler (Katelyn). Also survived by 4 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Robert was a US Army Veteran and proudly served in the Vietnam War. He was a native of Plaquemines Parish and a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. Robert retired from Teco Bulk Terminal after many years of service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM. He will be laid to rest with military honors in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
