It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kyle Jacob St. Angelo, age 26, who left us unexpectedly on November 11, 2024. Born on June 30, 1998, he was known for his unwavering spirit, infectious laughter, and deep love for those closest to him. A proud and dedicated worker, Kyle began his career in the maritime industry as a deckhand in September 2017. His commitment to his work and his colleagues shone through, and by December 12, 2019, he earned the position of crew boat captain for Port Ship Service, a role he held with great pride until his untimely passing. Outside of work, he was a man of simple joys. His passion for video games was a constant source of entertainment and camaraderie, while his love for the outdoors led him to enjoy countless mud-riding adventures with his cousins and friends. His cherished bike and Chevy truck were a testament to his appreciation for freedom and adventure. Above all, Kyle had a special bond with his beloved furry companions, Spike and Beau. His connection to them was a true reflection of his caring nature, and they brought him great comfort and joy throughout his life. Though he never married or had children, he formed a family in the friends and loved ones who surrounded him. His loyalty, sense of humor, and genuine kindness will be missed by all who knew him.
Kyle was the loving son of Michael St. Angelo Sr. and Paula St. Angelo. Caring brother to Michael St. Angelo Jr.; grandson to the late Anthony Bryan Sr., and the late Carol Bryan , Elaine St. Angelo and Anthony St. Angelo; great godson to the late Sharon Taglialavore (Larry); nephew to Melissa Harker (Thomas), Anthony Bryan Jr. (Wanda), Paul Bryan (Jenny) and Robin Leslie (the late Douglas); godson to Trina Taglialavore- Wilson (Steve) and Anthony “AJ” St. Angelo Jr. (Kim); cousin to Casey St. Angelo (Kyle), Jake St. Angelo, Dylan Grimes, the late Merlin Campo III, Spencer Leslie, Brent Leslie, Brandon Leslie, Anthony Bryan III (Tiffany), Dylan Bryan, Caden Bryan, Felicia Gonzales (Sean), Abigail, Preston, Victoria Taglialavore- Wilson, John Wilson, Hayden Bryan, Hannah Bryan, Hallie Davis (Anthony), Paul Campbell (Raechelle), Trey, Grace, Ellie, Jaxon and Joseph. Rest in peace, Kyle. You will forever be in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, November 19th from 11:00AM – 1:00PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
