Frank Jack Tardo

Myers Florida at the age of 71, with his partner Joan Hill at his side. He was born and raised in

New Orleans, LA to his parents Frank A. Tardo and Josephine Fradella Tardo. Frank was

preceded in death by his parents, sister Josephine T Ducros, Brother in Law John Ducros,

sister Roberta T. Reaume, and his brother C. David Tardo. As a young man Frank served in the

US Navy. After serving he returned to New Orleans. He worked at Domino Sugar Refinery,

Martin Marietta, Stennis Space Center, and Tuscan Catering with his brother David before going

back to school and becoming an HVAC technician. Frank started his own HVAC company

servicing the St. Tammany area before retiring and moving to Florida. Frank was a very active

person who loved fishing, riding motorcycles, watching Saints games and all things Food. He

is survived by Nieces Selby Tardo Grand, Corinne R. Rios, Erica Merchant-Lee, Jeanelle

Sonnier and Cheyanne S. Dell. Nephews Gary Calico and Kenny Reaume, Brother in Law

Kenneth A. Reaume, and first wife Sharon S. Hopper. The family would like to thank his partner

Joan Hill and her family for all the love and care they gave to Frank over the years he lived in

Florida.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life to be held at St. Bernard Memorial

Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette LA 70043 on Monday, November 25 from 9:00AM - 11:00AM. He will be laid to eternal rest in St. Bernard Gardens.
