Cecelia Lamonte Hoffman “CeCe”, age 62 years, passed away surrounded by her children on Sunday, August 21, 2016. Daughter of the late Nace Lamonte and Pauline Lafrance Lamonte. Sister of Josie Cooper, Octavia Dibuono, Rosemarie Labrano, Nace Lamonte, and the late Alice Smith, Diane Lamonte and Carmella Petitfils. Beloved wife of the late Alcie Hoffman, Sr. Loving mother of Theresa Hoffman (Tony), Alcie Hoffman, Jr., Kevin Hoffman (Kellie), and Penny Schallenberg (Glenn). Grandmother of Logan, Spencer, Donovan, Olivia, Kylee, Lillie, Nate, Shelby, and Evan. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of New Orleans and a current resident of St. Bernard, LA, she was very proud to be a resident and parishioner of St. Maurice Church, New Orleans, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial service at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 12:00 PM.
