Martha Sue Thompson

Martha Sue Thompson, age 75, of Centreville entered into rest on October 22, 2015 at Bibb Medical Center Nursing Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Four Points Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Four Points Baptist Church with Rockco Funeral Home Centreville directing. Rev. Roy Neil Lowery will officiate. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery immediately following the service. She is survived by her brother, Billy Thompson (Mary) of Centreville; sister, Faye McAfee (Bobby) of Centreville; sister, Bettie Tapia (Tap) of Honolulu, Hawaii; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carter and Ella Thompson; sister, Carolyn Bridges; and brothers, Walter Thompson, Victor Thompson, and James Albert Thompson. She enjoyed shopping, Christian Harmony singing, and traveling with Bobby and Faye, Billy and Mary, and Carolyn. Pallbearers will be Mike Thompson, Neal Bridges, Bobby McAfee, Willie McAfee, Jim Thompson, and Ray Burt. Honorary pallbearers are her Church family.
