Cindi Kidder

Cindi Lynn Zachary Kidder, age 53, overcame all of her earthly illnesses and entered into the Kingdom of Heaven on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. She is survived by her children, Brandon Kidder and Kaydee Kidder, her loving mother, Carolyn Zachary, sister, Mindi Zachary Talley, brother-in-law, Jonathan Talley, niece, Mia Talley, nephew, Jonah Talley, and her beloved fur babies. Also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, cousins and wonderful friends. She was welcomed into Heaven by her late father, Larry Zachary, grandparents DeWitt and Grace Zachary, and Donald and Wanda Dorrough.

She was a graduate of Baker High School’s class of 1989, an employee of First Student and Capital Area Transit System for many years. She was a faithful ambassador of Jesus Christ and never shied away from telling everyone how He helped her overcome every hardship she faced. She had a passion for rescuing shelter dogs, gardening, and spending time with her children. A Celebration of Life will be held at Bethany Church, 13855 Plank Rd, Baker, LA 70714 on Saturday, November 30th, at 10:00 AM with services at 11:00 AM.

Her uplifting spirit, infectious personality and kind heart touched the lives of many and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Ochsner Cancer Center of Baton Rouge and the staff at St. Joseph’s Carpenter House hospice care facility.
