Cheryl Ann Colantonio

Cheryl Ann Colantonio, of Centereach, New York, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the age of 72. She was a traditional woman who cherished her family above all else, finding immense joy in the company of her grandchildren. Cheryl was known for her passion for gardening and her talent in the kitchen, where she delighted in preparing meals for her loved ones.

Cheryl is survived by her loving children, Dennis Colantonio Jr. and Lucette Lang (Gilman); her cherished grandchildren, Leah Lang, Alexa Lang, Juliette Colantonio, and McKenzie Young and former spouse Dennis Colantonio, Sr. Beloved sister to Brenda Schick, Doug Varady and the late Glenn Varady.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at a visitation on Friday, July 5, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, 33 Crown Acres Rd, Centereach, NY 11720, followed by interment at Washington Memorial Park, 855 Canal Rd, Mount Sinai, NY 11766.

Cheryl will be remembered fondly for her warm heart, her dedication to her family, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in eternal peace.
