Bob was longtime Board member for Lyme Ambulance Association and, as its new Chief, I sought counsel from his several times.  He was a true gentleman putting me at ease instantly - he listened to the problem patiently with an encouraging expression, he asked a few insighful questions,  he considered the situation and then shared his perspectives, and wisdom, without judgement or blame.  He was a wonderful and generous resource and a pleasure to be with.

Our sessions always included a glass of excellent scotch, which made whatever medicine Bob had to administer which was pretty much always,  go down much easier.

Bob was a true friend and a mentor and Lyme Ambulance Association and all it members, and especially me, are incredibly grateful to have had him in our lives.  We will all miss him very much.

Our deepest condolenscences to you, Betsy, and to your family and please know that Lyme Ambulance Association and myself don't forget our friends and their families, we are here to help in any way we can.  Just pick up the phone...
