Tana Rae Corporon was called home to God on June 3, 2023, one day prior to her 58th birthday. Tana was the beloved and cherished "Dreamegirl" and wife of Randy Corporon, the treasured and idolized Mom to her children, Alexandra Hartgers and husband Michael, and Noah Toro and wife Anna, and the adored and irreplaceable “CoCo” to her grandchildren, Anthony Hartgers (age 4 1/2), Emilio (Lio) Hartgers (age 2 1/2), Arthur Toro (age 2 1/2), Henry Toro (age less than 1 wk.), and her first granddaughter, Micah Hartgers, who will join our family in October.
Tana was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Berg and Jeannie McClarrie, and is survived by multiple blended siblings, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Tana was a true horse and cat “whisperer,” an award-winning equestrienne who especially loved to ride bare-back. She earned a vocational degree in photography and instinctively captured inspiring and beautiful images with her drawing, her cameras, and her words. Tana was the Administrator for the family’s law firm and, after her marriage to Randy, chose to work from home in order to devote her life to her children and, later, grandchildren. Tana’s incredible sense of humor and videography has been viewed by tens of thousands on her You Tube pages. But her greatest contribution was her incredible, loyal, loving heart. It beats on in all of us.
A public viewing will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Olinger Mortuary, Chapel Hill, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd., Centennial CO, 80121 from 4 – 8 pm. Tana’s funeral service is on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 10 am and will be held at the majestic, faith-filled Dixon Chapel at Cherry Hills Community Church, 3900 Grace Blvd., Highlands Ranch, CO 80126. Tana’s interment will occur immediately after the service followed by her catered Life Celebration/Reception, both at Chapel Hill. People unable to attend in person may view the funeral service via live stream at dixonchapel.cherryhills.com. All events are open to all family and friends. Flowers, cards, and remembrances are greatly appreciated and may be sent to Chapel Hill.
