Sharon Lee (Reffel) Ward, 76, passed away Thursday May 11, 2023 in Lakewood, Colorado.
She was born November 5, 1946 to Ben and Bertha Reffel in Commerce City Colorado. Sharon attended beauty school, was a truck delivery driver at Denver Fish, and married her one true love, Verney Ward, on January 11th, 1976. Together they started a business called Verney Ward’s Rubbish removal where she took care of the administrative secretary tasks. Once their sons Victor and Jamie came along she enjoyed being a team mom for youth sports. Her hobbies included cooking, gambling and sleeping. She loved old cars and puppy dogs.
She is preceded in death by her mother Bertha, father Ben, husband Verney, and brother Bernard.
She is survived by her two sons Victor (Marlena), and Jamie (Jenny), two grandsons, Scottie and Tyler, and sister Eileen (Bill) Seslar.
