Maria was very special.  I was married to her stepson for 17 years.  She loved God with all her heart and her family as well.   She lived from her heart and gave her love freely.  I will never forget how much her and Chuck loved my children.  When we adopted our daughter, Julie, I remember they bought her a really nice ring with Julie's birthstone in it.  My daughter has cherished the gift for years.  Maria shared so much love and wisdom with me.  My prayers for the family.

Maria was a massage client of mine. But she was more than that. She was inspiration, advice and wisdom bound together by love and laughter.  I cherished our time together and loved hearing the stories of her family and her faith. I will be forever grateful for her friendship. Godspeed, dear Lady.

Marliese sent me this and I have loved it. I will always think of her when reading it. In the inside cover she wrote “ To Kelly, I hope this is something that replaces the book learning and feeds your soul. Love Great Aunt Marliese 2015.” She gave me this when I was in the middle of a 60hr work week residency and trying to move back to Kentucky and raise kids all at once. It was certainly what I needed. You were loved and you will be missed Aunt Marliese. 

I will always remember long talks from the heart, a lot of laughter, a lot of love and compassion when I think of my wonderful Aunt Marliese. the last conversation we had lasted until 3 in the morning. I loved those deep conversations where we communicated on a core level. I felt listened to and that I was being given her wisdom. She always wanted to help people and make the world better. I believe she did both of those things exceedingly well. I admired her can do spirit and perseverance. She could be stubborn and opinionated but those are family traits that I feel she used in positive ways. She was a good,genuine, sincere person who tried to leave the world a better place and she did. The things I will miss the most are her corny sense of humor, her laugh and all of the love.

A special Aunt always very interested in my life and gave advice freely. Fond memories,  Jeeping, camping, shooting and hunting in Colorado at a time when you were free to go and enjoy public land. so sad to lose my fathers sibling they were all special.

Sue Mauracher family is forever. Love is forever. She will be with us forever, in our hearts and memories. I love you grams.
