George was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and son. He enjoyed the beauty of nature, being out in it fishing and hunting, and his family and their interests. Most of all he was a follower of Jesus and enjoyed sweet fellowship with his savior. He was employed by the Mountain Bell Telephone Co and retired after 27 years. He is survived by and will be dearly missed by his son, Chris Hansen, and his wife Carin; his brother Glen Hansen, his sister Nancy Hulstrom, his brother Rodney Hansen and his wife Shelby; his grandson, Craig Hansen and his wife Kari; his grandson, Casie Hansen and his wife Gracie, his grandson Jesse Hansen and his wife Jenna; his granddaughter, Shannon Parrish and her husband Brandon; his six great-grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. George was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Marie Hansen, his parents, Adolph and Sylvia Hansen; his brothers, Edward Hansen and Robert Hansen and two of his sons, Allan Hansen and Keith Hansen.
Services will be held on Monday, April 17th at 10:00 at Foothills Bible Church, 6100 S Devinney Way, Littleton CO with internment at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery at 1:00. Flowers are appreciated.
