Allison was born in Santa Monica, California to Gary and Beverly Hussey on November 8th
1961. She was the second of 3 daughters. She attended primary school in southern California
until, when at 8 years old, the family moved to Boulder, Colorado for 2 years before moving to
the Denver area where Allison lived for more than 45 years. With dedicated practice Allison
became an accomplished ice skater and skated professionally with Holiday on Ice as a young
woman.
In 1989, Allison was married to Jon Seay in a beautiful summer wedding surrounded by family
and her two loving sons, Nicholas Tanner Ray Fletcher and Christopher Joseph Fletcher.
Together they had a daughter, Hope Alexandra Seay. Allison and Jon raised their three children
in Littleton in an energetic home filled with love and many pets. Her children were the light of her
life and she was proud to be surrounded by three grandchildren. Allison was loved by many and
liked by all while being infinitely creative and talented. She had a huge heart and radiated love
and generosity.
Allison is lovingly survived by her mother, Beverly K. Hussey; son, Nicholas and wife Kelsey
Fletcher and their three children, Jaelynn, Kaylor, and Ryder; daughter, Hope Seay and her
fiancée Mitch Virlee, eldest sister and her family, Mindy and John Heddens and Myriah and
fiancée Saurabh and Hannah and husband Jackson; youngest sister and her family, Karen and
Joe Collison, and son Sam.
Allison is preceded in death by her father, Gary J. Hussey (2002); her son, Christopher Fletcher
(2009); and her husband, Jon Seay (2011). A memorial service and celebration of her amazing
life will be scheduled at a forthcoming date.
