On January 31, 2013, ANNE PARIS DAVISON, 91, of Catonsville, MD, passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Donald J. Paris and Lloyd G. Davison; loving mother of Anne C. Bowers-Paris and wife Tina; cherished Gram of Miah Dreger and husband Ted, Jay LaPierre, Elizabeth LaPierre, Kathleen Maragos and husband Christopher, and the late David LaPierre; devoted Great Gram of six great grandchildren; dear sister of Joan Erbe Udel. Born on July 26, 1921 in Baltimore, MD, Anne was the daughter of the late Harry and Bertha Erbe. A graduate of Syracuse University and a member of the Alpha Phi sorority, Anne worked in market research and retired as an Executive Assistant for the former Children’s Hospital of Baltimore. She was awarded a Key to the City for her years of service to the Baltimore Council for International Visitors. She was also an avid antiques collector and dealer, and her retirement years were devoted to literacy and education, with special attention to GED tutoring. Anne was a long-time resident of the Charlestown Retirement Community and a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Mt. Washington.
Family will receive friends at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community on Thursday, February 7th from 10:30-11AM; where a funeral service will be celebrated at 11AM. Interment in Loudon Park Cemetery. For those desiring, memorial donations may be made in her honor to a charity of your choice.
