Bonnie was born in West Virginia and was 1 of 7. Richard, Paul, Hazel, Mary Anne, Garnet and Betty. Her 2 brothers and 4 sisters were part of her life even when they all grew up and moved away from their mother Ruby and their father Timothy. She grew up on a farm with all of her siblings, working with the farm animals and in the fields. Bonnie always had such marvelous stories to tell from when she was growing up.
Born on December 2nd, 1945, Bonnie Sue brought joy and laughter to everyone she met. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved caring for her family and creating a beautiful and welcoming home. Before her retirement, Bonnie Sue worked as a housecleaner, taking pride in her work and leaving each home sparkling.
She was a talented interior decorator, known for her keen eye and passion for creating cozy spaces. In fact, the family affectionately called her Martha Stewart. She especially loved decorating for Christmas, transforming her home into a winter wonderland with her Santa statues and beautiful Christmas Tree. Her family and friends always looked forward to her festive creations.
Bonnie Sue was a loving wife to her husband, Raymond Leroy Rummel, who she got married to in 1965. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Erika and son Jonathan. She was also the best grandmother all 3 of her grandchildren could have ever asked for. Above all else, she cherished her family, and all who knew her will deeply miss her warm heart and infectious smile.
