My deepest symphony and prayers to Malinda and family.  I knew Frank for several decades under many aspects, boss, confident, team member but most of all as a friend.  We shared many good times and shared some of our darkest times.  Our friendship was laced with the many fine qualities that Frank personified.  The qualities that I will always hold dear is my deepest respect for his honesty, loyalty and love.
Frank was a deep person and not one to share however he was a good listener for all of those experiencing difficulties.  His love for his family had no bounds which spilled over into sponsoring orphans through a charity.
Although Frank will be missed, he will always be remembered in our hearts as a dear friend.

I remember Franks smile and how much he loved his children.  Malinda, Conner, and Colleen we are so sorry to hear of his passing.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Frank was such a knowledgeable and "ready to help" resource for me and my team in the 17 years I've known him.  Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.  He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers are with his family during this tough time.

Frank was a valued business associate to us.  Dan and I have worked with Frank for many years to improve the systems we worked on.  He always was willing to listen to another option and work toward a solution to problems.

We will miss him as will many others in the rail industry!

I will miss Frank every day, especially in the late afternoon when we were able to chat about work, home, and sports.  His laugh was infectious and made me giggle.  Frank always made time for my questions and was a wonderful mentor.  My deepest condolences go to Malinda, Connor, and Colleen.

Frank will be missed. He brought a smiling face and laugh to my day.  It was a pleasure to know and work with him. My prayers and deepest condolences go to his family.

I was sorry to hear of Frank's heart attack, then his subsequent passing. I had enjoyed working with him in Cary, and in Washington, DC before that. He was a ray of sunshine to many of us. My condolences to his family and friends.
