Catherine Anne Loth

Cathy is survived by her children Byer (Kathe) Hill, Aaron (Jennifer) Hill, Rachel (Travis) Williams; stepsons Roger Loth & Randy Ide; grandchildren Sean & Nicole Hill, Madison & Morgan Williams, & Matthew, Braxton, & Alexis Hill. Jason & Jessica Loth; sisters Betsy Cochran (nephew John), Marty (Bob) Biddle.

Cathy was born on May 19, 1943 in Rhode Island to Stuart and Dorothy Franklin. She spent most of her childhood and teenage years in Hendersonville North Carolina. She married twice (Carver Hill, Bernie Loth) and raised her children in California, devoting most of her time to her children, friends and her painting. She was a beautiful watercolor artist and a signature member of SWA. She returned to Hendersonville where she worked at the Town of Fletcher as a Deputy Tax Collector. She retired to Cary NC to be close to her sons and grandchildren and still spent as much time as she could in California with her California girls.

She was a devoted mother, sister, friend, artist, and grandmother. She cherished every moment with her family. Her kindness and compassion will be remembered by all.

A celebration of life will be held at St. James Church, on Sunday June 25th at 2 pm. 766 N. Main St., Hendersonville, NC 28792.
