Mr. Barclay was born on October 4, 1936 in Calhoun, GA, son of the late Luther and Eva Barclay.
Mr. Barclay proudly served his country in the Unites States Air Force. After serving his country he joined the Local 72 Union and retired after thirty years of dedicated employment. He was a simple man who kept to himself. In his spare time, he enjoyed flying his Cessna 280. He will be greatly missed by his family, but never forgotten.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Sayuri) Barclay; granddaughters, Sarah and Carrie Barclay.
Graveside services will be conducted at eleven o'clock in the morning on Friday, the twenty-fourth of July, 2020 at Sherwood Memorial Park in Jonesboro, GA.
