Savanna was a compassionate and loving young lady who had the heart of a servant. She had enlisted in the National Guard to serve her country faithfully. Savanna’s favorite flower was the sunflower which said a lot about the person she was. She had a radiant and contagious smile and stood tall and beautiful. Her vibrant soul and heartwarming personality will truly be missed by all those lives she has touched.
Savanna is preceded in death by her Grandpa, Mike Fowler, Papa Louie Rau, Sr., Grandma, Linda Dean, Great-grandma, Joyce Crane, Great Grandpa, Mel Crane and great Uncle, Michael Martin.
She is survived by her mother, Kristian Rau Martin and father, Richard Martin, Sr., three younger sisters, and younger brother, grandma, Brenda and Papa Rick, and Grandma Cecilia. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive to cherish Savanna’s memory.
A Celebration of Savanna’s Life will be conducted in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at two o’clock in the afternoon with Rev. Mark Rush officiating. A graveside service with the National Guard performing honors will be conducted following the service at Sunset Memory Gardens, Cartersville with members of the Honor Guard escorting the funeral cortege. Serving as pallbearers will be: her father, Richard Martin, Sr., brother, Richard Martin, Jr., Uncles: Louie Rau, Jr., Billy Rau, Brian Davis and Kevin Martin. Also, her dad’s best friend, Justin Craig, and cousin, Mikey Lawrence.
The family will receive friends at Owen Funeral Home on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from twelve o’clock noon until the service hour.
