Michael Randall Wilbanks

Mr. Wilbanks was born May 4, 1952 in Bartow County, the son of the late, Arthur Harrison and Lou Ella (Massey) Wilbanks-Wilson and step-father Ralph Wilson, was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in Korea and was a retired auto mechanic. He enjoyed life, camping and fishing and restoring old cars.

Surviving is his daughter and son in law, Reva and Josh Deatherage of Cartersville, a sister and brother in law, Marion and Charles Lusk of Canton, step brother, Ed and Maria Wilson of Jacksonville, Florida and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

Please join his family in celebrating his life Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Jacobs officiating.

Burial will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Jason Ivester, Chad Groce, Todd Ellis, Bobby Knox, Brian Cline, Holden Byess, Chris Edge and Richard Bagley.
