Mack Arthur Amerson

He was born in Eufaula, AL on October 30, 1945 to Fred Amerson and Mary Pearl Amerson.

Mack is preceded in death by his sister Retha Winters. He is survived by his brother Joe Amerson (Patsy Amerson); children, Johnny Amerson, Jeff Amerson (Amanda Amerson), Amy Morris, and their mother Judy Amerson Porter, grandchildren Kayla Schneider (Bobby Schneider),Johnathan Amerson (Marie Amerson), Madason Morris (Nick Delia),Tatum Amerson, Mckinna Morris, great grandchildren Tessa Schneider, Oakley Schneider, Louanna Amerson, Evelyn Delia, Benton Delia, Royce Kai Morris.

He worked a dedicated 35 years at Cobb EMC He was a Loving Father and Grandfather who always put everyone before Himself. Besides spending time with his family Mack had a passion for gardening, NASCAR and spending time at his cabin in the mountains. He will be greatly missed and always remembered

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 01, 2023 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Owen Funeral Home.
