Kenny was a lifetime resident of the “Sugar Valley” community and the 4th generation to be on the Martin Family farm. He proudly served his country in the Air National Guard. He worked for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics for over 28 years and retired in 2005. In his spare time he enjoyed going on cruises with his loving wife of forty-eight years, Lawanda Martin, and tending to his garden. The joy of his life was spending quality time with his family and especially his grandchildren. He loved the farm and was always on the tractor mowing the fields, splitting firewood, working with the cattle and visiting with all his friends. Kenny was a true servant of the Lord and a proud member of Stamp Creek Baptist Church.
Kenny is preceded in death by his wife, Lawanda Ann Martin and his father, Edd Robinson Martin.
Survivors include his mother, Kathryn Martin; sons, Christopher Martin and Corey (Carrie) Martin; grandchildren, Will Martin, Parker Martin and Sara Beth Martin.
