Fulton Michael Rice

Fulton was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan who also loved The Beatles, NASCAR and the great outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, camping and his Harley Davidson. Most of all, Fulton loved his family. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Fulton is preceded in death by his mother, Lavetta Rice, sister, Grace Striplin and brother, Bill Rice.

He is survived by his sons, Joseph (Ashley) Rice and Dylan Rice, companion of his heart, Debbie Pasley, sister, Shelvy Murray, brothers; Winston (Gail) Rice and Wayne Rice, special nephews; Justin (Joy) Rice and Jonathon (Amanda) Rice. Many nieces and nephews also survive to cherish Fulton's memory.

A Funeral Service will be conducted in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home on Friday, January 3, 2020 at two o'clock in the afternoon with the Rev. Wayne Rice officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jimmy Wright, Gary Barron, Perry Bennett, Alan Whitener, Dale Williams, Dean Brown, Tony Murphy and Lawrence Bennett. Billy Neel will be serving as an honorary pallbearer. Interment will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery, Cartersville.

The family will receive friends in Rockmart, GA at In The Woods Venue on January 11 at five o'clock in the evening for a celebration of Fulton's life.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
