Linda, I am so sorry about this. I remember Donna as a little girl when we were all growing up and later as the beautiful woman she was.  Please except my love and  condolences  for you and your family

My memories of Donna and her family are decades old, from growing up in the same neighborhood.  So many memories of summer, in particular, are indelibly etched in mind. We played kickball on Maybelle Street, road bikes for hours at a time and accompanied each other to the city pool. Life would have been way different without the Carruth and Cox families nearby. My condolences to Larry and their families. May she rest in peace and power. 

We shared many great times with Donna and Larry  when our girls were in gymnastics together.    Donna was  a  wonderful lady.  It was a pleasure knowing her and working with her at all of the gymnastics events.  Prayers for Larry and the girls.  Rest in Peace Donna.                         

Mrs. Donna was a beautiful, kindhearted person.  May the Lord comfort your hearts.

I grew up with Heather Donna’s eldest daughter. I have known the Gregorys for over 30 years. Donna always made me feel welcome, and even treated me like a member of the family.  Even including me in the family Thanksgiving celebrations.  I was just shocked when I received the news of her passing. She will be missed. 

We had the pleasure of knowing Donna not only as a dear friend, but we were also family!  She had four wonderful grandsons and she loved each of them dearly! We were blessed to share two of those wonderful grandsons with she and Larry and we spent many hours together at scouting events, band concerts, Christmas plays, etc and enjoyed every minute! She was absolutely one of the sweetest and most selfless people I’ve ever met. I was able to witness firsthand her deep love and compassion for her family, always putting them first. 
The loss of such a precious person is just devastating! She will be missed by so many. 
We love you Donna (Nana) and will see you again!
May God surround Larry, Heather, Valerie and the entire family with His precious love and give them the comfort that only He can provide.


We knew Donna to be a strong woman who loved her husband, Larry, her family and her friends with all of her heart.  We were lucky to be friends of hers and will fondly remember the times we spent traveling, socializing and just sitting with her and swinging on the porch.  We will miss her laughter and her beautiful light.  We send our deepest sympathies to Larry and all of her family. 

Donna was dearly loved by everyone in our family. She always had such a kind,peaceful spirit that you just enjoyed being around her. I looked up to her as a young teen and later as an adult. I loved the close relationship she and Larry had, and the wonderful mother she became. I especially admired her devotion to my Uncle David and Aunt Maudeen. What a wonderful daughter they had in her. I know she regretted not getting to see my mom recently. She’s getting to see her now,

I was best friends with Donna when we were young. We did everything with each other. We had fun together and got in trouble together.  When we were about 14/15 years old, we would get in our parent’s car and drive the car up and down our driveways. Pull down, listen to the radio then pull up, listen to the radio. Thought we were so big. Lol  On Saturday’s we would go to the shopping center and walk up and down in front of the stores. Why? .. because there was nothing else to do when you can’t drive. I could go on and on about stupid things we did when we were young but I don’t think Donna would want everyone to know about them. 
Larry, I have the first bread box that you ever made. Donna and you gave it to me for a wedding gift.  I still love it. 
Donna was a very good best friend.  I love you Donna. Thank you for all the memories, I will cherish the rest of my life until we meet again. 
My prayers are going up for Larry and the whole family.  
I am so sorry for your loss of the best wife, mother, grandmother ,and friend to so many people. Rest In Peace, Donna. 

Donna was a junior high & high school classmate, and we reconnected years later through Facebook. She was a kind, loving person who was obviously devoted to her family. I am so very sorry for your loss. The world needs more people like Donna. I am blessed to have known her.

I was so shocked to read of Donna passing.  We had only recently reconnected and reminisced about our childhood on Forrest Avenue and skipping rope until we were called in or the street lights cane on.  I have no doubt we will see her again in heaven.  Prayers for comfort. 

Donna was always the very same every time you saw her.  Always smiling.  We knew each other many years, both growing up in Cartersville. Prayers for your family’s peace and comfort, as I know she is dearly missed. 

Miss Donna was a blessing to everyone around her. She was one of the absolute nicest and warmest people I have ever met. She will be greatly missed. Love and hugs to you and the family.

Donna was my neighbor for many years and was a very sweet child. She became a wonderful wife, Mother and grandmother. I’m so sorry for your loss. 

I have so many great memories from our family reunions. My mom loved coming to see her and I remember them and Aunt Maudeen in the kitchen cooking, putting stuff together, and having us run it out to the tables. She will be missed but I think of the three of them together again in heaven catching up and it brings a smile. We love you guys.  

Donna and I were classmates in the Cartersville school system. I have very fond memories of a sweet and kind girl I considered a friend. Several years ago, a group of us got together, and I sat next to Donna and Larry. We hadn't seen each other in many years, but we had a wonderful time catching up. And she was still the same sweet, kind girl I knew growing up. My prayers of comfort and peace are with her family and friends during the this time of sorrow.

Donna was a beautiful person inside and out. She was the same each time you saw her, her kindness and smile were radiant. It was a blessing to have known Donna and to be a friend. 
My condolences to Larry, their girls and her entire family. I pray for peace and comfort for all of you in the days ahead.

Donna was a very sweet and caring person. I have known her since we were children. I am so sorry for the loss of Donna. She will be missed. God's Blessings on each of you.

I was blessed to have lunch with Donna and Heather when I moved back here. Donna was always so nice to me in high school. Thoughts, love and prayers for her family and friends. God bless all. 

I met Donna in Oct. 1989 when my oldest son was born, then in June 1990 I took a part-time job at CMC and got to know her better and over time we discovered we shared an aunt and uncle and from that moment forward we called each other Cuz, even though we weren't actually connected by blood we were Family and later through Boy Scouts I got to know Heather, Ryan, Thomas and Alex and I consider them all Family. Rest easy Cuz I love you.

I went to Jr. High and High School with Donna. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. Always so sweet and thoughtful. Praying for Larry,  Heather, Valerie & all the family.  You will be missed, my friend.

We loved to share our schnauzer stories. She was such a sweet sweet lady. She will be missed.
