Robert Tribble was born on August 9, 1945, in Dallas Texas to Dallas natives Carl Maxwell and Dorothy Scheffler Tribble. After graduating from Hillcrest High School, he began his career and lifelong love of the printing industry by working for several local printing companies. In 1976 he and his wife Lark began their own printing company, RE: Graphics Inc. Twenty-five years later they sold and retired at a young age, which enabled them to travel, as well as donate time and talents to various charities. He was a master builder for Habitat for Humanity and was a house leader for neighborhood builds throughout the U.S.
He was diagnosed with ENT cancer in 2018 but was able to continue an active life until his final year. He passed away in his home under hospice care surrounded by loved ones on November 12, 2023.
Robert is survived by his wife Lark Guynes Tribble; sister Dorothy Jane (Dot) Tribble Tatum; children Robert Lee Tribble; Robert Ernest Tribble Jr. and wife Mollie; and Robin Tribble Sandlin and husband Aaron; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 beloved dog Claire.
