Clifford W. Bennett

Clifford W. Bennett, 72, died in his home in Carmel, Indiana on November 7, 2023. Cliff was born on October 31, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Robert and Edytheann (Williams) Bennett. He was a proud graduate of Arsenal Technical High School and attended IUPUI. Cliff owned and operated his own remodeling business for many years. He took great pride in his work. Cliff was happiest making memories with family and friends . He loved being outdoors, bird watching, Nascar & Indy racing, and he was a devoted St Louis Cardinals fan. Cliff loved giving back to his community. He was a volunteer at the Indiana Donor Network, Carmel Parks and Recreation and the Hamilton County Food Bank. He was passionate about his stewardship for the Hamilton County Little Free Library Association. He spent many hours making sure the libraries were properly maintained and filled with children’s books. Cliff served on the board for Arsenal Technical Alumni Association and was past president of the Saint Louis chapter of the National Association of Remodelers Inc. Cliff is survived by his wife of 21 years, Joyce (Flechsig), children Renee Bennett, Clifford Bennett II and Kristi (Tracy) Simmons; grandchildren Cameron, Taylor, Chase, Carson, Skylar, Alli and Libby. Also his dear siblings Christina Bennett Hunt, Sue Cox, Mark Bennett, Robert (Diana) Bennett and Roni (Brian) Hunt He was preceded in death by his brother Gregory Bennett and sisters Cindy Jeffers and Sandy Schweikle.
