He attended school in St.clairsville,served with the Merchant Marines, and was a WWII veteran. He was a member of the Cape Coral American Legion and the Cape Coral Moose Lodge #2199.Precceded in death by his brothers James and Edward, and sisters Evelyn,Martha,and Dortha,son Thomas Russell Baker (Gini),and Daughter Brenda Jo Byers (Billy).He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Kathleen Lucille Delaney Baker, daughter Joyce ,grandchildren Tiffany (Bryan),Crystal (Robert),Melissa, Meghan (David),Ashley(Jake),Shawna (Gary).David, Bryan, and Taylor, and more than 20 wonderful great-grandchildren.
