She is survived by her loving family including her husband, Michael Carter; sons, Taylor Campbell of Jacksonville and Tanner Campbell of Ohio; sister Jennifer Hinshaw of Ohio; parents Robert and Norma Hinshaw. Her family and friends stated "she was always helpful and selfless"
