John Quinn Frierson

John Quinn Frierson, age 53, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. John was born March 5, 1968 in Bowling Green, Ohio to David Ray Frierson and Sharon Louise (nee: Alonzo) Frierson.

He grew up in Medina, Ohio and was a graduate of Clover Leaf High School. John is a Veteran of the United States Navy, serving on the USS Ticonderoga and USS Yorktown. He moved to Cape Coral in 2014.

John enjoyed spending time at the beach, fishing, boating, in his pool, enjoying his family and friends, and his car "Marci". John married his wife on July 2, 2008 on Sanibel Island.

He is survived by his loving family including his wife, Vicki Lynn Frierson; daughter Cayla (James) Bradbury of Lehigh Acres, FL; son Keyan (Darby) Frierson of Cape Coral; stepsons Evan Swarow of Cape Coral and Nathan Kappa of Valley City, Ohio; grandson Noah Bradbury of Lehigh Acres; mother Sharon Frierson of Roxbury, Vermont; sister Robyn (Jason) Stewart of Northfield, Vermont; dogs Norman and Jinki; parrots Bug-A-Boo, Misty Dawn, Rudy. He preceded in death by his father David R. Frierson and his sister Michelle Frierson.

Visitation will be on Monday, September 20th from 3:00 to 4:00pm with the services and Military Honors beginning at 4:00pm at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 950 Chiquita Blvd S, Cape Coral.
