Genevieve Patricia Davis

Genevieve was a very strong, caring and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt to many Nieces and Nephews. She enjoyed long conversations, playing bingo, cribbage, baking and cooking (she made the absolute best Turkey Stuffing), and watching TV (especially her Sunday Church Service from the Salvation Army CBS.)

Genevieve was preceded in passing by her Parents Hayward and Cecily Newhook and was also preceded in death by her loving Husband Jerry Davis, after 60 Wonderful years of Marriage; her Sister Minnie Newhook and Great Grandchild Catherine.

She is survived by her loving Sons Kenneth Davis, James Davis (Ruth); her Grandchildren Kimberly Davis Rhone (Jermaine), Brianna Davis, Jennifer Niedert (Mark), Patricia Davis and Victoria Billalba (Ricardo); and by her Great Grandchildren Nathan, Olivia, Christian, Jayden, JoJo and Destiny.

Genevieve also leaves behind Brothers Jack Newhook and Hayward “Junior” Newhook; Sisters Shirley Power, Dorothy Churchill (Don), Lorraine Keller, Fern Beck (Wallace) and Sherry Newhook. Genevieve had numerous Nieces and Nephews as well, along with many friends who will greatly miss her company.

There are no services scheduled at this time, but a Celebration of Life for Genevieve is planned for a later date. Arrangements for her final care have been entrusted to Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery Cape Coral, Florida.
