A memorial service for Leigh Ann Perkins, 49, of Edom, will be held at a later date.
Leigh passed away October 29, 2020 in Tyler. She was born August 25, 1971 in Tyler to the late Michael Neil and Johnnie Fern Todd Phillips.
Leigh grew up and lived in Canton most of her life. She graduated from Canton High School in 1989. Leigh was a hair dresser for many years and owned Leigh's Salon. Because she was always a loving and caring person, she was able to make many friends. She especially loved babies. Leigh was a member of the Canton Church of Christ on Hwy 243.
Leigh is survived by her husband of 22 years, Kyle Perkins of Edom; her two fur babies: Nelson and Lilly; and her brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Donna Phillips of Canton; she is also survived by her Uncle Lee and Aunt Jo; cousins: Carie, Holly, Dana Reed and Shana Reed; mother-in-law, Lavoise Perkins; sister-in-law, Karen and Keith Williams; brother-in-law, Kevin and Marsha Perkins and brother-in-law, Kent and Kristy Perkins; and many friends who loved her dearly.
Memorials may be given to a charity that supports the care of animals.
